The Afghanistan Digital Libraries is a project of the USAID-funded Afghan eQuality Alliance (A collaborative workspace and blog aimed at building a network of knowledge regarding the rebuilding of Afghanistan) in collaboration with the University of Arizona Library. In this library, collections are stored in digital formats (as opposed to print, microform, or other media). The digital content may be stored locally, or accessed remotely via computer networks. Included are a collection of databases, articles, integrated catalogs and many other forms of social networking and resources.
